Howdy,
I wanted to bring you up to date on the latest in my medical adventures. It's a story of good news and bad news.
Bad news: I'm going under the knife again, on March 16.
Good news: It's not because the cancer is back. (And that's SERIOUSLY good news).
Bad news: They're still not quite sure what's causing my ongoing abdominal pain.
Good news: My doctor told me I have ``the veins of an 18-year-old Navy SEAL.''
As all of you know, I'm a good news guy, and that's what I'm completely focused on. I'm confident that this will be what it takes to get me back on the bike, to put that SEAL-like constitution to the test in a race instead of an operating room!
Thanks, as always, for your support.
I thrive on,
Paul
Thinking of you tomorrow, the 16th. Thrive on, Paul!
